Subject:      what is this infamous wiring for the headlights??

Does it make them brighter or is it for aux lights. I want to install Hellas
on my chrome fusion bumper, but i have no idea where to start. I dont want to
screw anything up with the battery and the newely improved (and installed)
Flux capacitor. any help and links would be very appreciated and accepted!
