Bravo Robert!!!! Your conclusion is so correct!!! Powertrain grounding can be a primary source of so many varied symptoms which can come & go depending on engine temperature, humidity and/or vibration. There is a simple test that can quite quickly check the engine/transmission ground path called "voltage drop". The voltage drop test will check all the engine ground paths to the battery negative post. If you'd like a diagram of how to perform a voltage drop test, pmail me and I'll send you one. Regards, John
