There was a lot of talk about the book Manifold Destiny and the
possibilities of cooking on the vanagon exhaust manifold many years back...

But I can't find them under any keywords that seem to make sense... Anybody
remember the subject that led to that thread? I think it was when the CCCs
were planning a trip into BC, but I could be wrong.
