If you weren't so busy suckin' Tijuana Tequila, you'ld know Mt. Diablo is outside Oakland, California area.

Perhaps a state atlas is in order?

As far as getting high, this is the highest spot in the Bay Area. I jist might make it up there if they really can produce our New England ex-Patriot.
