Subject: Searching for an accurate tire pressure gauge
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii

email subtitle: Newly re-tired van seeking high pressure job.

I just put a new set of Michelin Agilis (61's) on my Vanagon (Yawn). Being just a bit anal retentive, I checked the tire pressure when I got home. Just as I guessed, the dealer inflated the fronts to 35 psi and the rears to 30 psi.

Then I realized that I really don't have a good tire pressure gauge that reads accurately above 40 psi. So I turn my question over to the list. As I love to buy new goodies for my van, can you recommend an accurate pressure gauge that is affordable and readily available? Can you recommend any to avoid?

TIA,

Dennis Lockwood 91 Carat Original Owner
