well, do not come to the province of quebec....gas is 2.80$cdn for an american gallon...., within the next two weeks, will come down slowly to around 2.30 and one evening will go again to 2.80. it has been like this for more than a year...we have given several names to this "maneuver", but nobody knows what to do ????
