I did not see any photos but just a lot of links in German. Do you have specific links? I'm exploring the VR6 conversion for the future.

Hello Andy,

try a look on http://www.kleverland.de/bulli/archiv/forum.pl?read=15239, there you will find a lot of detailed pictures about the VR6 swap. It is a nice conversion, but a lot of to do by yourself. No kit is available for this. The gearbox is swapped, too. It's a Porsche G50. This combination works very well. For any details on that swap, drop an e-mail, I will translate it for the guy who did that swap.
