on the solution for the Vanagon Syndrome, does any of you guys have any
more technical proof on that solution

Many people are doing this change but I would like to have more technical
information
On that solution before playing with a $500 parts (Air flow Meter).

I have the VW fix (Harness) and I am not sure I should add the Microfarrad
Tantalum Capacitor on top of the existing VW harness.
