None whatsoever. I myself have been driving sticks for nearly forty years. Ain't broken starter one.

And while we're on the subject of useless features, I do like the fact that the headlights go out when you turn the engine off, but I'd rather determine for myself whether or not I wanna use parking lamps, thank you very much. I put a buzzer into the circuit as a reminder to shut 'em off.
