The tune is played by relay #4 that plugs in at the top of the fuse panel. Mine's a '90 so is likely what you have. You'll have to loosen the panel and, in mine, #4 causes it to take a bit of maneuvering to remove the panel. This relay also has a "grill" on its top to allow the sweet song to escape. If it's there, your problem is electrical. If it's not and you want it, you need pn 321 919 433 B.
