Musta been a different state. The Environmental Impact Fee was declared unconstituional and monies were refunded a couple of years ago. You might be eligible for a refund! The value of that was $300 a vehicle, not $500. As far as taxes on the vehicles, mine is down to 38 bucks on my 92 Toyota and 13 bucks on my 84 Vanagon. Go ask someone in VA or PA or MA what they pay in taxes on their vehicles. CA is not anywhere near out of line. AND 30% of 6 grand is.... drum roll please.... $1800.

All I can say is anyone who is happy to have left California, is not missed. I'ld be interested in knowing what your heating/airconditioning bills are a year. Snicker, snicker...

As far as the Tiilco page is concerned, I would run, not walk as far away as possible. It seems a few things are... left out. As well as the inspection report that is clearly a work of incompetance. There is no way in the world that puppy passes visual inspection.
