It weighs about 20# and lives right behind the front passenger seat. It really ought to have a marine mounting kit, but it's already as far forward as it can get without going through some steel. And it doesn't spill -- if you turn it upside down the flushing water drains out through the cap, but not the sewage.

If it *does* end up in the front seat I'll be worrying about the weight more than the contents. And it's big enough that the seat-back/headrests ought to provide significant protection.
