Subject: Oil pressure sender wire
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1"

Hi List,

While troubleshooting an oil pressure light that wouldn't go out, I found that the wire from the sender was grounding out on the shroud under the cylinders. I looked at a friend's '87 to see how his was routed, but I think it's different from mine. Anyway, can anyone describe how this wire is routed so as to not short out or melt?

Thanks for your input. _____________________ Leo Lipert San Juan Capistrano, CA '84 Wolfsburg Westy '00 Golf
