Huh? i'm lost here. Why do you want to rebuild, and don't JUST say because of 108K on it. Back up for a minute. Have you measured the compression? Is she burning oil? Losing coolant? What solid evidence do you have that the lower end or more is in NEED of a rebuild. I would instead focus your attention making the rig road worthy AND rounding up things that you can't predict it's life. Such as water pump, fuel pump, alternator.... etc. Then throw those parts, along with the bentley and a few key phone #'s (ken wilford and bus depot for starter) in the bus and take off. You may be spending a lot of un-needed $ on a rebuild when instead you can invest that money on preventive maintance and emergency parts for the trip.
