Why would you think that tires sized for a Jetta would be acceptable on a Vanagon? 185/60-14's way too small. As for buying cheaper tires, going out of your way to buy tires that you know are not adequate displays a "Due Lack of Care" This could also make you liable if a future owner gets into an accident on the tires you installed. I'm not a lawyer, but think about it. At least use a larger size to get the required load capacity. You need tires that are rated for at least 1500 lbs each. Dennis
