Seems like every time I drive by the local VW dealer here in KCMO they have a different van out in the lot. Do dealers repaint them or trade them amongst each other to keep up appearances? A conspiracy? And where can one find the sales figures? I still want to know how many 89 syncros there are on the road these days. Cheers, Hermann de Boer >> He was trying to make a point. He pulled those numbers out of thin air, or out of his air-head anyway. I have the sales figures around here somewhere, but this is what I remember them as: EuroVans sales for 1993 were around 2500, which is not impressive. 1999 brought another 2,500, 2000 was about 5,000 and I don't have sales figures for 2001-2002, but expect them to be upwards of 10,000 this year. In addition, Winnebago converts over 1200 units each year. Steve Lashley SKL Enterprises Inc. http://EuroCampers.com 636-797-9015 636-789-2127 fax |
