-- A few years ago when I had a #&*$#! Isuzu Tr**per, a numb nuts posted to the Tr**per list I was on about how he had added stop leak goop to his engine to stop an oil leak--I think it may have been a head gasket leak. So, he added *radiator* stop leak goop to his *crank case*.

He posted back a few days later with the news that his engine was completely ruined--virtually every bearing had burned right out. (well, duh...)

A few days after that, he posted he was thinking of suing the radiator stop leak goop manufacturer because the instructions did not say "Look pal, this stuff is designed to maybe stop a small leak in your radiator: if you are even *thinking* of pouring this stuff into your crank case to stop an oil leak, you are clearly an idiot, and should not be allowed to open the hood of your car, let alone buy this product."

But what do I know? He probably won his case...

(Known to pump milk into tires to stop slow leaks. Not kidding. It can work.)
