There are a few nice places in the area. Black Moshannon is a great place. There's Rothrock State forest which is down 26 south of State College. There is also the Seven Mountains area which is about 30 miles or so east of state college on 322. My buddy here in State college (has an '85 westy) is wise of many other areas. Drop me a line sometime.

Any good campsites near Penn State at State College? I have to be up there over Memorial Day weekend. I have checked out the PA State Parks. Choices might Black Moshannon or Greenwood Furnace. Anything closer to campus? Private or whatever. I would be heading up from Delaware. Jay |
