I wasn't aware that there were any that would satisfy point 1. I would be very careful with the liability issues involved in fabricating anything that holds seats down. One of your frames breaks in a head-on crash, I know who the lawyers (sorry, list lawyers) would come after first. I looked at putting a set of Volvo 242GT Seats in my van, but after seeing the amount of work to take the existing rails out and welding the new rails in (interference fit, you know), I thought it better to suffer with what I have.
