Tony, The 112 Hp "DJ" engine code wasser boxer is running 10 to 1 compression pistons. With a Digijet injection system, with no oxygen sensor or knock sensor. If you wanted to change to the DJ pistons you would really need to retard your timing and always run premium fuel. There is a kit sold in German to bring the 2.1L up to a 2.5L Cheers Glen ----- Original Message ----- From: Smola, Tony To: vanagon@GERRY.VANAGON.COM Sent: Thursday, March 14, 2002 4:26 PM Subject: Euro Vanagons 2.1L have 112 horsies......how do they accomplish t his?.....compression @ 10:1?.....G-cam?
