Subject: Eurovan conspiracy? Syncro sales#?

If they only sold 12 in all of 2001, where do all the Eurovans go? Seems like every time I drive by the local VW dealer here in KCMO they have a different van out in the lot. Do dealers repaint them or trade them amongst each other to keep up appearances? A conspiracy? And where can one find the sales figures? I still want to know how many 89 syncros there are on the road these days. Cheers, Hermann de Boer
