I am currently changing my driver's side inner tie rod and noticed the rack is dry of grease (the boot was torn and the previous owner must have had it this way for a very long time).  Can I use traditional high temp bearing grease when I put the inner tie rod on (waiting on bus depot to send it to me)?  This must be the easiest tie rod I have ever had to replace.
