Subject: AVP core refund experiences?
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii

Fellow listees,

Who has had dealings with AVP Worldwide lately? Anyone who knows the owner and could get him (or her) to respond to me? I have the feeling their business office and shop do not communicate.

Am having trouble getting AVP to respond to inquiries regarding the core heads I sent them. Fedex could not deliver them and sent them back ....no-one to sign or deliver to. I reshipped the heads but have not heard anything for months. Only an answering machine at their office and have not been called back. No answer to email. What gives? Is this still a legit place?

The least they can do is respond to my inquiries.

New heads I got were fine, all I had to do was chase the plug threads.
