Unless I'm missing something here, it would seem that prospective TIICO
owners who need to license their cars in California need to be privy to this
information as well. Perhaps a cleansed post indicating the current situation
and a summary of prospects.

Since I fall into neither the class of current or prospective owners, I offer
my apologies for the comment should it be considered banter (better, blither).
