I have been using Mother's "Back to Black or Meguiars "No. 40 Vinyl & Rubber Cleaner & Protectant" for years now on anything black that isn't painted (other than the tires). Either product does wonders for the late-model bumpers (my Vanagon friends always marvel at my beautiful bumpers) ;-) and the gas cap opening, side grills, and even the front grills. I use either with a small towel to hit the trim around all the windows and it really makes things glow.

I find that the Meguiars is a bit longer lasting, but trickier to apply sometimes because it is lighter viscosity than the Mothers. For the dash, I prefer the Meguiars.

Also, if you need replacement trim/rubber I know that most if not all the pieces are available at www.gowesty.com. (I am planning on replacing the outer fron window "sweeps" pretty soon - might have really started to crack after 230,000 miles and living exposed to the elements 24 hours a day. (With the new OME shocks and Betts springs, it won't fit under the car port any more!)
