Wil, If the Master Cylinder has not be changed in the last two or three years change it. It is a good investment for the worst kind of problem. Were talking brakes here. What's your life worth? Changing the master cylinder is an easy job. Done right you may not even need to bleed the brakes. Always bench bleed first. May want to get the special wrench needed to deal with brakelines so you do not strip the brakeline fitting. Have a roll of paper towels handy.
