Got it running. Good call william the oxy sensor was all coged up .you could not see the little slits all covered with carbon. Also the sensor was a universal type and the signal wire was corroded at the soder connection, Was replaced with the high dollar bosch long wire sensor . Thank you all for responding with ideas .
