Your refrigerator should work for about ten days on the butane. If you want to enhance the cooling power: Get a nice big 12v cooling fan for a socket 7 Computer Processor Chip. Mount it anywhere in the fridge that will be out of the way of your contents. (double sided tape works good for this and the wires are tiny so you can close the door on them with very little coolant loss.) The fan mounted on its heat sink will run on tiny amount of current on your 12v system. The little fan helps in all operating modes of the refrigerator, 12v, 120v, LP. If possible precool the refrigerator on 120v before packing in your foods, if possible pre cool the foods. I use a couple of bottles of drinking water that I've frozen, it just gives it a boost. If you have the little munchkin trays, it will actually freeze them about once a day.
