hello! i have an opportunity to 'acquire' an 87 syncro from my parents and i have an 86 westy. i would really like to combine the two. my question is- has anyone done this? and which way is easier (if any)... my 86 has an immaculate body, and i know what the issues are with engine... the syncro needs some body work and i'm not sure what's up with engine... although i grew up with that as the family car since it was new- my parents can fill me in on its issues... which way should i go with this? or should i even go with it? i don't see the need to own two vehicles... and living in NH i could use the syncro... whadya think? thanks jamie. |
