I was going to suggest this too, but you said that you replaced ALL! of the sensors ????? I believe that it has been discussed on the list that the ECU will run in "default" mode if a sensor is unplugged (just like it does for the first few minutes of operations) so try unpluging one sensor at a time and try and run the van, I think that this may help isolate the problem.
