I replaced the distributor on an 84 GL and how have more than adequate spark. However, the injectors are not firing. My question is: Does the ignition module, which is connected to the ECU by a white wire, trigger the injectors by sending an electrical charge from the Ignition Module to the ECU, or is the firing of the injectors triggered by the ignition module grounding the triggering circuit in the ECU? Knowing the answer to this question would allow me to more easily find the faulty component. Thanks in advance for your help. Rico Dagastino Munford, TN |
