>Ok I think i'm in big trouble. I just removed one of the heads to fix the >gasket leak and when I pulled the head off the cylinders stuck to it. Do I >have to pull the engine to get fix this. Any advise would be great. You can try it first, and if it doesn't work, pull the engine. The procedure is the same either way, having enough room to work is the issue. I just redid the cylinder seals and rings on all four on oneof our engines without removing the pistons. You need to fab a ring compressor out of an extra wide hose clamp or banding material, and bend each end up so that you can squeeze them together with a long-nose vice grips to compress the rings.... I can give more details if you are interested...
