I bought an idle stabilizer (aka idle control box, found behind the right rear tailight) off ebay. It was advertised as compatible with '86 on up, however, the part I received is NOT the same as the one that was pictured on ebay and wonder if it is truly compatible or will funky things start happening to my engine if I use it. The ebay part I received is part number 412.202/015/007 215 907 393D. The bad part off my van is 412.202/015/004 215 907 303 B. Perhaps the higher number of the new used part means that it is off a later model van? Has anyone trancended this higher plane of knowledge? Please pmail me at dadtocarson@cs.com.
