Subject:   is there a difference in distributor, FI between automatic and ma nual 2.1L?

I have an opportunity to get a 2.1L cheap....the only catch is that it is an automatic.......Besides switching the flywheel and torque converter/plate from the 2.1 to the 1.9.......what do I have to look out for?

distributor? fuel injection vacuum component?
