As I recall, there is one set of screws that holds the vent to the body, and another pair of screws that hold the vent tubes to the flange. Depending on what you are trying to do, you may need to remove both (if you want to pull the fridge out away from the wall with the vent tube attached)

FYI if you pull the fridge, be VERY CAREFUL not to bend or distort those vent tubes, and you will save yourself a lot of grief putting it back in. (Otherwise they don't line up and you end up needing a helper to fish around from the outside of the van)
