See if you have constant +12v to the injectors.  The ECU fires them by
grounding them.  It uses the wire from the ignition module for tacho and
timing information -- among other things the fuel pump won't run if
ignition pulses aren't detected.

I don't know the exact nature of the signal from ign module to ECU, but
it's a timing, not a power signal.  I wouldn't be surprised if it was
either 5v or 12v pulsed, very likely with a nice clean pulse derived from
the Hall sensor -- might even be a straight pass-through.
