The two BMW m/c riders clubs (BMWOA & BMWRA) had a list of members all over
the country that listed services available to other members ie: room to
camp/stay, garage avail for repair, level of mech ability and tools avail if
needed, stop by for coffee or a ride, etc. Seemed to work prett well (
thankfully never needed it myself) for those clubs. Wouldn't bother me to be
part of a similar list for vanagons, nor would it bother me to give some
moron the boot if I felt like they were taking advantage of my hospitality.
