Subject: After Removing the A/C.....
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1"

Hi all,

I had a fun weekend project of completely, and meticulusly removing all components of my A/C system on my '87 GL.

Question: Are there now any aditional adjustments, tweaks, etc. that I need to do, now that my MV motor is free of its A/C system??

I pulled the wires from the engine, which connected to the A/C, all the way back out through to the fuse block.... they are still attached though at the fuse block.

I have run the engine, post-surgery, and it idled fine for 15 minutes, ran at normal temp, and all systems seem A-OK...

Also, are there any fun modifications that anyone can think of, which involve using the original fan, and temp knobs (which I did NOT remove, as they are pretty much built into the visors and everything up front in the cockpit).

Thanks in advance for your feedback.

RSF

P/S if anyone is in the area (Europe) and would like the whole mess... including about 30 digital photos illustrating the removal procedure, please mail me directly and make me an offer.
