Thanks to everyone who helped me on this one.  I'll buy you all a bear,
coke, or tea someday when we meet.


I had no compression after I put on my rocker arms and it was because the
pushrods were not possitioned correctly in the hydraulic lifters.  This
was keeping the valves open.


I made it back to Sacramento and I only missed about 4 hours of work!  I
might have even solved my leaky head gasket problem just by re-torquing
the heads.  This will take a little bit longer to determine if it has been
resolved.


Again, thanks for all the fast responses by email and the few who
attempted to call my on my cell phone.
