I like the CD-rom version, especially the search feature. I usually print out the pages that apply to what I am working on at the time, then incorporate them into a three ring binder when I am done with them along with the parts receipts.

You can also save the wiring diagrams as .jpg's, , cut and paste them together with photo editing software use a drawing program to show any changes that you made to the wiring (headlight relays etc..)

Plus its a whole lot easier to get grease stains off of the laptop than it is to get them out of a paper manual.
