Also it helps to let the van sit in the sun with the window rolled up for an hour. Gets that gasket nice and soft. I used a little dish soap(dont get any on the string or it will slip out too easy) A heavy-set friend to help push/punch in the bottom left or right corner from the outside helps. Archives will help
