Devlin's Collision: Complete body refinish using ICS Base/Clear Urethane, Titian Red (original), primer-sealer, primer, some minor repair, rocker guard all around up to trim line, plastic stone guard on nose. Complete body paint with widows, door & pop top rubbers and all trim removed, door jambs, inner doors, Krown oil rust prevention treatment. 2525.20

1987 Vanagon Westfalia Restoration Work Performed:

Self done miscellaneous prep, restoration work & materials: Remove windows Remove all trim & weatherstriping Remove fridge and interior cabinets Clean and repair fridge, wiring, cooling fan, install interior circulating fan and lighted switch, Clean, prep, rustproof, paint inner body wall behind fridge and cabinets. Replace original insulation with styrofoam insulation. Clean, prep and rustproof all rust areas in body seams, widow openings, door edges, front & rear valances, door steps, Clean, prep, paint & rustproof storage space under rear bench seat. Replace rear heater core. Repair all dents and scratches and prep for paint. Clean and rust paint rad fan cowling. (needs replacement - very rusty) Replace rad bottom air duct, new one made from masonite with paint and rocker panel guard. Clean and rocker panel guard behind front bumper valance Install drivers side front pillar handle Install sliding door pillar handle Install passenger door map pocket Install passenger side overhead entrance light Install headlamp relay kit Clean & prep cabinets. Remove peeling wallpaper and paint. Remove all rubber cabinet molding, heat, stretch and reinstall with glue to proper length. Replace all cabinet door bumpers Cut and install new rubber floor mats. Driver, passenger, walk through and under rear bench seat storage compartment. Install all new door weatherstrips, pop-top and luggage rack seals. Install all new decorative drip rail edging. Prep & repaint all black parts: wiper arms, door handles, appliance ports, grilles, tow bar & related mounting hardware, mud flaps, dash/windshield ledge, vent window pivots, side entrance floor trim strip, Replace all mounting hardware or removed items with stainless steel hardware everywhere possible. Clean, straighten, paint inner surface of both front and rear bumpers. Repair map light switch Repair broken radio control button Install extension wire cable for Digitool behind cabinets Install new rear side marker lamp lenses Install new license plate light bulb holders & lenses. Install custom sliding door threshold step plate rubber & edgeing Install cabinet shelf & compartment lining.
