wheel's reliability or integrity or appearance going forward depending on

My guess is that it mounting the tireloc will also require some kind of
machine work or dremel tool work around that hole on one side or the
other of the wheel, and that cosmetically it should make no difference to
the wheel whatsoever. <br>

As for the difficulty of it, I don't know because I have not done it yet.
It sounds to me neither more nor less difficult than the other kooky
things we Vanagon owners do. <br>

The one thing I noted was some comments by owners saying that balancing
the complete assembly afterwards is more time consuming than balancing a
normal tire. Not sure why, but that is what I hear. <br>

Anyway, I would not expect somebody to later say, "Uh, look at that
awful looking South African alloy wheel. It has two valve
stems!"<br>
