You will not stop external coolant leaks by re-torque the heads. Sometimes you can get lucky and stop or slow internal leaks by re-tourqing. It should be noted that if the head nuts are loosing torque, they were either not installed correctly or they are getting ready to fail. They don't vibrate loose.
