I'm not sure what the emission/saftey laws are in Michigan, But I don't need any anual saftey or emission inspections. When I had a new exhust put on my Westy I even left off the cat., my Subaru would never pass a saftey inspection, the passenger side rocker has about a foot compleatly rusted out, I'm just waiting for the car to break in half.
