I did this on a late model bus, which has the same heater but minor
differences in layout. As I recall, the only pain in the neck was feeding
the wiring harness through the holes in the chassis frame in order to get it
out in one piece (which took as long as everything else put together). Of
course, don't forget the underdash relay/fuse parts and the sensor in the
heater duct tube toward the front of the van.  Otherwise, it was not a very
difficult job (and no need to roll the van in my opinion).
