I just pulled the fridge out, drilled a 1/8" hole in the top towards the back (right above the evaporator) and fished the wires in through there to the fan, which is mounted to the evap with cable ties. (Some day I will screw it into place for a more permanent installation) A switch is wired to the front panel to turn this fan on and off. I also ran a sensor for an external thermometer and suction cupped it to the side of the fridge interior.
