Hi Folks, 88 newbie here, with rich running engine problem posted yesterday. So, I'm seeing two temp senders below the thermostat: one with a blue connector parallel to the rear axle, the other around the corner facing vehicle front. One goes to the ECU, one to the dashboard temp gauge (haven't determined which is which, but that'll come). Are they identical parts, testing to the same shifting resistance with temp? Haven't been able to determine this from the Bentley, yet. The dash temp gauge is inoperative, but I will get to that after the FI troubles are addressed. Per the recent talk about hall effect, I'm going to hit that next. Thanks everyone for your responses; it may be the coffee talking, but I've got the nerve to dive back in. -Matt Sutton |
