Yup - they advertise the "safe" banking, just like a credit card, but they offer little to no protection from fradulent sellers or buyers. I got hit to the tune of $850. Luckily I paid them with my CC, so I was able to deny payment of the transaction. They are not a bank - they just play one on TV.
