yes, you could be wrong :<) in '87 you could have grey, blue or tan. my ex '87 GL had a tan interior. and '86 was the first year for the 2.1L. i wouldnt call blue or tan "hideous".. maybe that plaid green used in the '75-'79 westys...now that might be more fitting to that description.. :<) chris
